1 RESOLUTION NO. 2007-216
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
3 TO THE HOUSING COMMISSION

5 WHEREAS, Margaret Schraml has resigned from the Housing
6 Commission leaving a term that expires in July 2007; and
7 WHEREAS, Ms. Schraml was appointed to serve in the "Senior
8 Tenant receiving assistance from the Housing Authority" category.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
12 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Housing Commission for a term to expire in July 2011, in the "Senior Tenant receiving
14 assistance from the Housing Authority" category:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 7th day of August, 2007, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Nygaard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
