2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
3 TO THE HOUSING COMMISSION

5 WHEREAS, Sondra Boddy has resigned from the Housing Commission leaving a
6 term that expires in July 2009; and
7 WHEREAS, Ms. Boddy was appointed to serve in the "Member at Large"
8 category.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
12 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Housing Commission for a term to expire in July 2009, in the "Member at Large"

of the City of Carlsbad on the 7th day of August, 2007, by the following vote to wit:
