2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
3 IQTHE HOUSING COMMISSION

5 WHEREAS, the term of Commissioner Bobbie Smith expired in July 2007; and
6 WHEREAS, Ms. Smith was appointed to serve in the "Member receiving
7 General Rental Assistance" category.
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
9 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
10 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
1 ^ 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
12 Housing Commission for a term to expire in July 2011, in the "Member receiving
13 General Rental Assistance" category:
