2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF
3 $12,000 IN GOODS AND SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE
, LEO CARRILLO RANCH HISTORIC PARK FROM NORTH
COAST CHURCH

6 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept a donation of goods and services
7 totaling $12,000 in support of the Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park from North Coast
8 Church; and,
9 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to acknowledge the generosity and support
10
of the North Coast Church and their volunteers; and,
11
WHEREAS, on June 18, 2007, the Parks and Recreation Commission received
12
donations of goods and services from North Coast Church totaling $12,000, and
recommended acceptance by the City Council.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
16 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
17 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
18 2. That the City Council does hereby accept the donation of $12,000 in
19 goods and services from North Coast Church.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 11th day of September 2007, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard, Nygaard
