RECORDATION.

WHEREAS, Carlsbad Medical Village, L.P., a California Limited Partnership, has

submitted a final map known as CT 05-19, Carlsbad Medical Village, to the City of Carlsbad for
7
approval; and

WHEREAS, the tentative map of CT 05-19 with conditions, was approved by Planning
9 Commission on June 7, 2006 per PC Resolution Nos. 6114, 6115, & 6116; and
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
CT05-19, CARLSBAD MEDICAL VILLAGE, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY CLERK TO PROCESS THE FINAL MAP FOR
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially conforms to
said conditionally approved tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed or
secured; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered a public easement for dedication to the City of
Carlsbad; and

WHEREAS, the developer has stated on the final map that a slope construction

easement and tree and shrubs easement is to be abandoned pursuant to Section 66499.20 1/2 of

the Subdivision Map Act; and
18 WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and all
19 requirements of City Codes and Standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
23 2. That said final map known as CT 05-19, Carlsbad Medical Village, which is on
24 file with the City Engineer and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
3. That the City accepts the dedication shown on the final map.
4. That the City accepts abandonment of the slope construction easement and tree

and shrubs easement as shown on the final map.

1 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the
2 final map.
2 6. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be recorded in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
7. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the final map to Commonwealth Lando
Title Company, for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 11th day of September 2007, by the following vote to wit:
