RESOLUTION NO. 2008-122
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTANCING THE
DONATION FROM HI-NOON ROTARY

WHEREAS, the City Council of Carlsbad, California wishes to accept a donation
of a flag pole, including installation, and a light to illuminate the flagpole to be

WHEREAS, the value of the donation is approximately four thousand five
hundred dollars ($4,500).
WHEREAS, The City Council of the Carlsbad, California wishes to thank the Hi-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1 . That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council does hereby accept the donation of a
installation of the flagpole, and a light to illuminate the flagpole.
