A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SEWER ACCESS HOLE
4 REHABILITATION NORTHEAST QUADRANT, PROJECT
NO. 9101 AS COMPLETE.

WHEREAS, the construction of the Sewer Access Hole Rehabilitation Northeast
6
Quadrant project has been completed to the City's satisfaction by Socal Pacific Construction Corp.
7
on April 17, 2008; and
8
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
9
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.10
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,11
California, as follows:12
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.I O
14 2. That the Sewer Access Hole Rehabilitation Northeast Quadrant project,
15 specifically identified as Project No. 9101, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City
-j Q Council of the City of Carlsbad.
17 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
18 execute and record the Notice of Completion for the Sewer Access Hole Rehabilitation Northeast
19 Quadrant project, Project No. 9101.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 24th day of June, 2008, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Nygaard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
