2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REFUNDING BUSINESS
3 LICENSE TAX PAYMENT TO TRINITY PRODUCTS, INC.

5 WHEREAS, Trinity Products, Inc. overpaid their business license taxes to the
6 City of Carlsbad; and
7 WHEREAS, the Finance Department confirmed the overpayment by Trinity
8 Products, Inc. and verified the refund amount.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
10 Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

13 2. That a refund of business license tax of $7,387 to Trinity Products, Inc. is
14 authorized.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 6th day of January, 2009, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
