CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
3 TO THE ARTS COMMISSION

5 WHEREAS, the term of Commissioner Alan Lechusza Aquallo
6 expires in March 2009.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
8 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
9 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
10 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
11 Arts Commission for a term to expire in March 2013:
