2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
3 TO THE TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION

5 WHEREAS, the term of Commission Member Guy Roney expired in
6 July 2008.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
8 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
9 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
10 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
11 Traffic Safety Commission for a term to expire in June 2012:
