2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
3 TO THE TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION

5 WHEREAS, Steve Dorsey has resigned from the Traffic Safety
6 Commission leaving a term that expires in July 2009; and
7 WHEREAS, one appointment is needed to fill this position.
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
9 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
10 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
12 Traffic Safety Commission for a term to expire in July 2009:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 5th day of May, 2009, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
