2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
3 TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION

5 WHEREAS, the May 19, 2009 appointment of Michael Holzmiller to the Planning
§ Commission is hereby rescinded.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
8 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
9 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
10 2. In accordance with his request, the appointment of Michael Holzmiller is
11 hereby rescinded.
12 3. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
13 Planning Commission for a term to expire in April, 2013:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
