2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
3 TO THE BEACH PRESERVATION COMMITTEE

5 WHEREAS, a position on the Beach Preservation Committee filled by William
6 Gelfund has been vacated.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
9 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Beach Preservation Committee for a term to expire in June 2010:
