RESOLUTION NO. 2009-208

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2007 PAVEMENT OVERLAY,
4 PROJECT NO. 3667-15.
5 WHEREAS, the construction of the 2007 Pavement Overlay, Project No. 3667-15 has
6 been completed to the City's satisfaction by All American Asphalt on February 12, 2009; and
7 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
8 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
10 California, as follows:
11 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
12 2. That the 2007 Pavement Overlay, specifically identified as Project No. 3667-15 is
13 deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.

3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
15
execute and record the Notice of Completion for the 2007 Pavement Overlay, Project No. 3667-15.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 11th day of August, 2009, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
