2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
3 TO THE SENIOR COMMISSION

5 WHEREAS, the term of Commissioner Joan Surridge expired in
6 September 2009.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
8 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
9 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
10 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
11 Senior Commission for a term to expire in September 2013:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 6th day of October. 2009, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis.
