A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE FY 08/09 CONCRETE
4 REPLACEMENT. PROJECT NO. 6013. AS COMPLETE.
5 WHEREAS, the construction of the FY 08/09 Concrete Replacement, Project No. 6013,
6 has been completed to the City's satisfaction by Victor Concrete on July 6, 2009; and
7 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
8 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
10 California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
1?2. That the FY 08/09 Concrete Replacement, specifically identified as
13 Project No. 6013 is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of
14 Carlsbad.
15 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
16 execute and record the Notice of Completion for the FY 08/09 Concrete Replacement,
17 Project No. 6013.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 20* day of October. 2009, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
