CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

Carlsbad, California, as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 2009-268
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
WHEREAS, the Friends of the Carlsbad Library have donated $2,000 to the
Library for the purchase of materials for the collection;
2. That the City Council accepts the donation of $2,000 from the Friends of
the Carlsbad Library on behalf of all citizens of Carlsbad, for the purchase
of materials for the collection and authorizes the Finance Director to
appropriate the received funds to the Library budget.
