2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
3 THE CARLSBAD TOURISM BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
4 DISTRICT (BID)
5 WHEREAS, the term of Board Member Bill Canepa expires in November 2009.
6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
7 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
8 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
9 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
10 Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement District (CTBID) for a term to expire in
11 November 2013.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 10th day of November, 2009, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Member Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard, and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
