2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REFUNDING BUSINESS
3 LICENSE TAX PAYMENT TO PACIFIC AIR RESOURCES
4 INTERNATIONAL, INC.

WHEREAS, Pacific Air Resources International, Inc. overpaid its business
6
license taxes to the City of Carlsbad; and
7
WHEREAS, the Finance Department confirmed the overpayment by Pacific Air
8
9 Resources International, Inc. and verified the refund amount.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
11 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That a refund of business license tax of $540 to Pacific Air Resources

International, Inc. is authorized.
