HomeMy WebLinkAbout2010-03-09; City Council; Resolution 2010-045RESOLUTION NO. 201 0-045 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE AGRICULTURE CONVERSION MITIGATION FEE AD HOC CITIZENS' ADVISORY COMMITTEE WHEREAS, IN Roston has resigned from the Agriculture Conversion Mitigation Fee Ad Hoc Citizens' Advisory Committee, leaving a vacancy. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: I. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Agriculture Conversion Mitigation Fee Ad Hoc Citizens' Advisory Committee, for a term expiring August 2, 2013 or until all mitigation funds have been allocated, whichever occurs first.
