1 RESOLUTION NO. 2010-196
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE HABITAT
3 RESTORATION CONTRACT FOR THE LAKE CALAVERA
PRESERVE 5-ACRE HABITAT RESTORATION, PROJECT NO.
4 SS 09-01.
5 WHEREAS, the Lake Calavera Preserve 5-acre Habitat Restoration project has
6 been completed to the City's satisfaction by Habitat West; and
7 WHEREAS, the formal Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
8 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
9 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
10 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
12 2. That the Lake Calavera Preserve 5-acre Habitat Restoration project,
13 specifically identified as Project No. SS 09-01, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by
14 the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
15 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
16
execute and record the Notice of Completion for the Lake Calavera Preserve 5-acre Habitat
17
Restoration project, specifically identified as Project No. SS 09-01.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 27th day of July, 2010, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
