A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A CASH DONATION
IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,250 IN SUPPORT OF THE CARLSBAD
4 SENIOR CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to acknowledge the generosity and
6 support towards the Carlsbad Senior Center; and
7
WHEREAS, during June 2010 the Senior Center received a cash donation in the
8
amount of $1,250.

WHEREAS, on July 1, 2010, the Senior Commission recommended acceptance
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
13 Carlsbad, California, the following:
14 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
15 2. That the City Council does hereby accept $1,250 in cash donation in
support of the Senior Activity Donation Account.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Special Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 30th day of November, 2010, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
