2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A STREET NAME
3 CHANGE, RENAMING PARK HYATT POINT TO AVIARA
RESORT DRIVE IN THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT.
4 CASE NAME: PARK HYATT POINT SNC
CASE NO.: SNC 10-02

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the tM"*" day of j)«£«siW

2010, considered a Street Name Change to rename Park Hyatt Point to Aviara Resort Drive and

at that time received recommendations, objections, protests, and comments of all persons
8
interested in or opposed to SNC 10-02; and
9
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
10
Carlsbad, California, as follows11
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. That Street Name Change (SNC 10-02) is adopted and Park Hyatt Point is
renamed to Aviara Resort Drive.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 14th day of December, 2010, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: Council Member Douglas.
