2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
3 THE PLANNING COMMISSION

5 WHEREAS, the term of Farrah Douglas, whose term expired in April 2010, has

resigned from the Planning Commission due to her election to the City Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
8
Carlsbad, California, as follows:9

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
12 Planning Commission for a term to expire in April 2014:

of the City of Carlsbad on the 25th day of January, 2011, by the following vote to wit:
