RESOLUTION NO. 2011-017

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2009 SLURRY SEAL,
4 PROJECT NO. 6001-09(SS). AS COMPLETE.
5 WHEREAS, the construction of the 2009 Slurry Seal, Project No. 6001-09(SS), has been
6 substantially completed to the City's satisfaction by All American Asphalt on July 27, 2010; and
7 WHEREAS, the final contract requirements were met and the final change order
8 executed on October 29, 2010; and
9 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
10 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
12 California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
14 2. That the 2009 Slurry Seal, specifically identified as Project No. 6001-09(SS) is
15 deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
16 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
17 execute and record the Notice of Completion for the 2009 Slurry Seal, Project No. 6001-09(SS).

1 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
2 of the City of Carlsbad on the 8th day of February, 2011, by the following vote to wit:
