RESOLUTION NO. 2011-037

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2010 CONCRETE REPLACEMENT,
4 PROJECT NO. 6013. AS COMPLETE.
5 WHEREAS, the construction of the 2010 Concrete Replacement, Project No. 6013, has
6 been completed to the City's satisfaction by Crest Equipment, Inc. on Nov. 16, 2010; and
7 WHEREAS, the final contract change order was executed Jan. 20, 2011; and
8 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
9 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
11 California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. That the 2010 Concrete Replacement, specifically identified as Project No. 6013
14 is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
15 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
16 execute and record the Notice of Completion for the 2010 Concrete Replacement,
17 Project No. 6013.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 8th day of March 2011, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
