THE BEACH PRESERVATION COMMITTEE.4
5 WHEREAS, the term of Committee Member Jayme Timberlake expired in June
2010; and

WHEREAS, one appointment is needed to the Beach Preservation Committee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofy

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
Carlsbad, California, as follows that:
1 . The above recitations are true and correct.
12 2. The following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
13 Beach Preservation Committee for a term to expire in June 2014:
