WHEREAS, Clarence Schlehuber was appointed to the Senior Commission on5

9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
10 Carlsbad, California, as follows that:

1. The above recitations are true and correct.

RESOLUTION NO. 2011-062
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE SENIOR COMMISSION.
Februarys, 2011; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Schlehuber is unable to serve on the Senior Commission due to
health reasons.
2. The resignation of Commissioner Schlehuber is accepted.
3. The following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Senior Commission for a term to expire in September 2011:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
