A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

WHEREAS, the term of Bill Dominguez expired in April 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.9
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE PLANNING COMMISSION
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Planning Commission effective April 11, 2011, for a term to expire in April
2014:
