A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
2010-11 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR
THE SRO PROGRAM BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AND THE SAN DIEGUITO UNIFIED

WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has agreed to provide the San Dieguito

school year of 2010-11; and
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Unified School District has agreed to pay for
one-half the cost of the SRO Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
15 Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the Memorandum of Understanding for the SRO Program between18
the City of Carlsbad and the San Dieguito Unified School District is hereby
approved.
3. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed
to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad, California.
1 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
2 of the City of Carlsbad on the 28th day of June 2011, by the following vote to wit:
