RESOLUTION NO. 2011-172
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION
the Traffic Safety Commission effective the end of July 2011; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Cumming's current term ends July 2012, and upon acceptance of
his resignation, a vacancy will occur on the Commission.
Carlsbad, California, as follows that:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. The City Council accepts the resignation of Jack Gumming from the Traffic Safety

Commission.

3. The following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Traffic16
17 Safety Commission effective August 1, 2011, for a term that expires in July 2012:
