RESOLUTION NO. 2011-203
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE BEACH PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
from the Beach Preservation Committee effective immediately; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Duerst's current term ends June 2012, and upon acceptance of
his resignation, a vacancy will occur on the Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows that:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. The City Council accepts the resignation of Gary Duerst from the Beach

Preservation Committee.

3. The following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Beach
Preservation Committee, for a term that expires in June 2012:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
