WHEREAS, David Tweedy was appointed to the Senior Commission on April 5,
5 2011 to fill a vacancy for a term that expires in September 2011.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

Carlsbad, California, as follows that:
