A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE BEACH PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Committee Member Angela O'Hara has tendered her resignation
from the Beach Preservation Committee; and,
WHEREAS, Ms. O'Hara's current term ends June 2012, and upon acceptance of
her resignation, a vacancy will occur on the Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows that:
1, The above recitations are true and correct.
2, The City Council accepts the resignation of Angela O'Hara from the Beach
Preservation Committee,
3, The following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Beach
Preservation Committee, for a term that expires in June 2012:
