1 RESOLUTION NO. 2012-048
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING OUT-OF-
^ STATE TRAVEL FOR THE HOUSING AND
NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DIRECTOR TO ATTEND
THE 37"^" ANNUAL NEIGHBORHOODS, USA (NUSA)
5 CONFERENCE IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN.
6 ..
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs it is in the public interest to authorize out-

of-state travel for the Housing and Neighborhood Services Director to attend the
Neighborhoods, USA conference May 23 - 26, 2012; and
WHEREAS, adequate funds are available in the FY 2011-2012 Housing and
11 Neighborhood Services department budget for this travel and conference; and
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
13 Carisbad, California, as follows that:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. That permission is granted to the Housing and Neighborhood Services
Director to travel out-of-state to attend the Neighborhoods, USA
conference in May, 2012.
