A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE CORRUGATED METAL PIPE
4 REPLACEMENT PROGRAM (HOLLY BRAE LANE/EL CAMINO
REAL, HIGHLAND DRIVE/JAMES DRIVE AND MALLORCA
5 PLACE STORM DRAINS). PROJECT NO. 6607. AS COMPLETE.
6 WHEREAS, the construction of the Corrugated Metal Pipe Replacement Program (Holly
7 Brae Lane/El Camino Real, Highland Drive/James Drive and Mallorca Place Storm Drains),
8 Project No. 6607, has been completed to the city's satisfaction by New Century Construction, Inc.
9 on Jan. 20, 2012; and
10 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
11 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carisbad,
13 California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Corrugated Metal Pipe Replacement Program (Holly Brae Lane/El
Camino Real, Highland Drive/James Drive and Mallorca Place Storm Drains), specifically identified
as Project No. 6607 is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of
Carisbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carisbad is hereby authorized and directed to
execute and record the Notice of Completion for the Corrugated Metal Pipe Replacement Program
(Holly Brae Lane/El Camino Real, Highland Drive/James Drive and Mallorca Place Storm Drains),
Project No. 6607.
