RESOLUTION NO. 2012-056
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE INSTALLATION OF AUDIBLE
PEDESTRIAN AND COUNTDOWN PEDESTRIAN SIGNALS,
PROJECT NO. 6321-1. AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Installation of Audible Pedestrian and Countdown
Pedestrian Signals, Project No. 6321-1, has been completed to the City's satisfaction by Traffic
Development Services, Inc. on Jan. 30, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carisbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Installation of Audible Pedestrian and Countdown Pedestrian Signals,
specifically identified as Project No. 6321-1, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the
City Council of the City of Carisbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carisbad is hereby authorized and directed to
execute and record the Notice of Completion for the Installation of Audible Pedestrian and
Countdown Pedestrian Signals, Project No. 6321-1.

1 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
2 of the City of Carisbad on the 13**^ day of March, 2012, by the following vote to wit:
