A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
CT 04-08, LA COSTA VILLAGE TOWNHOMES, GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EL CAMINO REAL
AND DOVE LANE
Q WHEREAS, City Ventures Homebuilding, LLC A Delaware Limited Liability Company
has submitted a final map known as CT 04-08, La Costa Village Townhomes, to the City of
Carisbad for approval; and
WHEREAS, the tentative map of CT 04-08 with conditions, was approved by Planning
Commission on April 5, 2006 per PC Resolution No. 6058; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially conforms to
said conditionally approved tentative map; and
''2 WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed or
13 secured; and
14 WHEREAS, the property owner has offered public easements for dedication to the City
15 of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and all
applicable city codes and standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carisbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That said final map known as CT 04-08, La Costa Village Townhomes, which is
on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
22 3. That the city accepts the dedications shown on the final map.
23 4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the
24 final map.
25 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be recorded in
26 the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the final map to First American Title
Company for recording in the office of the County Recorder.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting ofthe City Council
of the City of Carisbad on the 10^^ day of April, 2012, by the following vote to wit:

Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
None.
ABSENT: None.
