Project No. 3686, was substantially completed to the City's satisfaction by Ledcor Construction,
Inc. on June 8, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carisbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

^3 2. That the Joint First Responder Training Facility, specifically identified as
Project No. 3686 is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of

18 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carisbad is hereby authorized and directed to
17 execute and record the Notice of Completion for the Joint First Responder Training Facility,
18 Project No. 3686.
