2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
3 ONE MEMBER TO THE BEACH PRESERVATION
COMMITTEE.

5 WHEREAS, the term of Member Linda Petrucci expired in June 2012.
7 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
8 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve on the Beach
Preservation Committee, for a term to expire in June 2016:
