RESOLUTION NO. 2012-217
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2011 SLURRY SEAL,
PROJECT NO 6001-11SS, AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the construction of the 2011 Slurry Seal, Project No. 6001-11SS, has been
completed to the City's satisfaction by Valley Slurry Seal Company on June 15, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cartsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the 2011 Slurry Seal, specifically identified as Project No. 6001-IISSis
deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council ofthe City of Cartsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Cartsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
execute and record the Notice of Completion for the 2011 Slurry Seal, Project No. 6001-11SS.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting ofthe City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 11th day of September 2012, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
