2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
^ TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

5 WHEREAS, Julie Nygaard has tendered her resignation from the Planning
6 Commission leaving an office with a term that expires in April 2013; and
7 WHEREAS, one appointment is needed to fill this position.
^ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Planning Commission for a term to expire in April 2013:
