A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT STORM
4 DRAIN IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - 2011,
PROJECT NO. 6608, AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Northwest Quadrant Storm Drain Improvement
Program, Project No. 6608, has been completed to the City's satisfaction by Palm Engineering
Construction Company, Inc. on October 19, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carisbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Northwest Quadrant Storm Drain Improvement Program - 2011,
specifically identified as Project No. 6608 is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City

3. The City Clerk of the City of Carisbad is hereby authorized and directed to
18 execute and record the Notice of Completion for the Northwest Quadrant Storm Drain
19 Improvement Program, Project No. 6608.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 8*"^ day of January, 2013, by the following vote to wit:

Council Members Hall, Packard, Wood, Blackburn and Douglas.
None.
ABSENT: None.
