2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CAUFORNIA, AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF DATE, TIME AND
LOCATION FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CARLSBAD CITY
4 COUNCIL FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2013

WHEREAS, the Ralph M. Brown Act provides for setting regular meetings of the City

y Council by ordinance or resolution; and,
8 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish those regular meetings by resolution in
^ order to permit the orderly conduct of the people's business; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council established and approved the 2013 Regular Council Meeting

Calendar on November 27, 2012 by City Council Resolution No. 2012-259; and,
12
WHEREAS, the Calendar approved by City Council Resolution No. 2012-259 did not
14 reflect the time ofthe Regular Meetings; and,
15 WHEREAS, the Council desires to also change the dates ofthe April 2013 Regular Council
Meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows that:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

21 2. That the regular meetings of the City Council for Calendar Year 2013 is amended

and set forth in Exhibit A to this resolution.
