g WHEREAS, Committee Member Pieter de Monchy has resigned, effective March
7 31,2013.
8 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
^ Carlsbad, California, as follows
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve on the Beach
Preservation Committee, for a term to expire in June, 2016:
