A RESOLUTION OF THE CtTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CAUFORNIA, APPROVING A STREET NAME
CHANGE, RENAMING ZEPHYR COURT TO NEW CREST
COURT IN THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT.
CASE NAME: ZEPHYR COURT STREET NAME CHANGE
CASE NO.: SNC 13-01
WHEREAS, the City Council ofthe City of CaHsbad, California, on the 27th
dav of August 2013. considered a Street Name Change to rename Zephyr Court
to New Crest Court and at that time received recommendations, objections, protests and
comments of all persons interested in or opposed to SNC 13-01.
NOW, THEREFORE BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of CaHsbad,
California, as follows that:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Street Name Change (SNC 13-01) is adopted and Zephyr Court is renamed
to New Crest Court.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting ofthe City Council ofthe City
of Carlsbad on the 27*^ day of August, 2013, by the following vote to wit:
