^ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
3 CAUFORNIA, ON THE BUSINESS UCENSE REQUIREMENT FOR
FINANCIAL DATA SOLUTIONS

^ WHEREAS, the city has received a request to appeal the business requirement for
^ " Financial Data Solutions; and
WHEREAS, an appeal heanng was held before City Council; and
WHEREAS, City Council considered the argument, evidence and testimony of all persons
10 interested in the matter, weighed the evidence in this matter and after careful consideration of
11 the matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of CaHsbad,
California, as follows that:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

16 2. The Council finds that Financial Data Solutions is required to obtain a business
17 license

3. That the appeal of Financial Data Solutions to waive or reduce the amount of the
business license fee is denied (granted/denied).
