WHEREAS, the City Council desires hourly salaries to remain competitive for comparable

^ positions in the market; and

WHEREAS, the City Council requires revisions in the hourly salary schedule to establish
salary ranges for the Retired Annuitant Police Officer and the Aquatics Program Instructor.
