6 WHEREAS, Commission Member Michael Schumacher resigned in March 2014 following

12 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve on the Planning Commission,
13 for a term to expire in April 2015:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
