3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF $25,000 FOR THE
4 CARLSBAD CITY LIBRARY FROM THE LECROISSETTE FAMILY TRUST
5 WHEREAS, LeCroissette Family Trust has donated $25,000 to the City of Carlsbad for the

Carlsbad City Library, and;
WHEREAS, the donation from the LeCroissette Family Trust will provide funding for the
Library's capital improvement projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
11 as follows:

2. That the City Council does hereby accept $25,000 in cash donation.
3. That the Administrative Services Director is authorized to deposit the funds into
